Conflict isn’t the real problem

  • 0:30 min

Most conflict is not really about money, positions, or “who is right”.

It’s about:

  • not feeling heard
  • fear about what might happen next
  • a loss of control
  • feeling disrespected or sidelined

When those emotions are running high, even sensible people make decisions they later regret.

What I see, time and again, is that when people feel calmer and clearer, the conflict itself often becomes easier to resolve.

Not because the issues disappear –but because the way people approach them changes.

Before positions harden, a calm conversation can change the whole trajectory.
