What unresolved conflict is costing you

  • 0:29 min

A useful question I often invite people to reflect on is:

What is this situation costing you each month?

Not just financially – but emotionally, mentally, operationally.

For example:

  • disrupted sleep
  • constant background stress
  • distraction at work
  • tension in the home
  • energy drained by worry or resentment

Then ask:
How long has this been going on?
And if nothing changes, what will it cost you over the next year?

Doing nothing isn’t neutral. It quietly compounds the cost.

Clarity doesn’t always mean “act now” – but it does mean understanding the true price of delay.
